Dmitriy Kazakov
Lead Architect, CEO
Dmitriy is a founder and CEO of KDI International.
Dmitriy is an architect licensed in 5 states, NCARB certified. He combines over 3 decades of design experience with a commitment to sustainable, aesthetically pleasing and functional architecture.
Dmitriy started practicing architecture in 1994 designing various single family residences and commercial projects.
KDI International completed over 1,000 projects in various States of US ranging from single and multi-family residential to commercial, industrial, hospitality, institutional and other types of projects.
Dmitriy graduated from Architectural School in Europe with a Master’s Degree in architecture and a Minor in computer sciences.
As a business and community leader Dmitriy served on various committees with NCARB, and was an NCARB Board Candidate in the last 2 years.
Dmitriy also serves as an architectural advisor for Eva Thomas & Associates real estate investment company.
